hmmm now i value every cent of my time and ummm maybe my money too....


i just learned that yesterday. pretty weird coz im already at my early twenties and i thought that this is what exactly what im doing. my day started by doing chores at home , basic cleaning and washing of our clothes, nothing big coz i just dump my clothes in the washing machine and wait. after that i went to my usual hang out which is the internet cafe. i spent about 8 hours there and when to the mall to buy stuff. i also choose to have my dinner there coz no one's home when i come back and i hate cooking when i got home. 150 php for a meal, that sucks, then i choose to walk again at the mall and see if i am interested on buying anything. then i stopped by a bookstore then i got a sudden urge to buy a the harry potter book after "the order of the phoenix" coz i already read that. i spent 350 php for a soft bound copy plus i lost 50 php going home coz im just clumsy (darn it!). i got home at 9:00 and started to iron clothes for the weekend coz i dont like to iron at day coz its very hot while im ironing. i was finished two hours later and was very tired to open the book i bought. then i just calculated the money i spent that day.... i just dont want to remember.



for now i learned to value all things that is on my sight. maybe i can held back by impulse buying a little and i will be good..

What did I Tell You?

Yes, i want to rub it on. yes, i was right. and i want to brag about it. yokyokyok.

remember what i posted yesterday? about the traffic thingy that i got to work early because there was no traffic? well there was a consequence and i knew it! the traffic was terrible today! because no one celebrated the independence yesterday and decided to celebrate it today which is not a holiday! my gosh i was ready to curse at the driver because the traffic was so heavy even the alternate route have a heavy traffic. and we owe this all to our freaking president. she just cant make up on her mind in placing holidays. damn it just dont mess up the damn holiday if you guys cant seem to work things out! now it turned out to be a 3 and a half day holiday!

Holiday Blues

Today is june 11, and its a holiday here (its originally a holiday at june 12th but our wacky president always change the dates of holidays just to make it a 3 days holiday). and you can really tell. i mean i got to work (because our work is implements US holidays, so we work today) 20 minutes earlier. there was no traffic. not many people on their way to work. and students have no classes to.

I have the option to be absent right now and i didnt use it. pretty weird but i choose to work because i had a half day work last friday. it would be very shameful if i dont show my ass to work today. i dont have anything for us working in holidays because we get paid to work anyways. and i dont have anything to do at home when i choose to be absent. at least here i tend to earn while at home i will be stuck there, bored to death at tv shows.

has the real meaning of the holidays are gone. for me yes. if you might notice i havent said what is the name of the holiday we are celebrating. june 12 used to be independence day here. many even bought little flags to commemorate our independence. but it lost its meaning when this holiday was moved every year. the original date of our independence was in july. and one of the former president moved it to june 12. so independence day isnt really independence day. for me its just "move this holiday whenever you want to" day. i mean really, a holiday must be at a fixed date. you dont want to celebrate something if it isnt the exact date right? it seems that they move its so that the holiday may go on three days (because of the 2 days weekend + holiday). now it lost its meaning for me. sad..

Inside a Bubble

This sucks. for a month or so i don't know exactly whats going on in the news and stuff (heck i was even two weeks late on the news of Kris Aquino giving birth). i have no time to spare on things. maybe i mishandle my time often. my usual day starts of at 6 and i basically clean the house, wash clothes and go to work at 8 (ooppss, sometimes i go 8:30 coz i didnt finish my cleaning, and i hate to do that at night when im tired already. so im late). usually i leave work 7 pm average, then i go first to a internet cafe for about two hours to check my items and stuffs then head home. i usually eat my dinner at 10 and sleep at 12... during that two hour period (10-12) i usually watch cartoons (cartoon network's grimm adventure of billy and mandy.. its not that childish cartoon. its like simpsons. my guilty pleasure is that i still watch spongebob.... shh dont tell. i just cant help it even if its just rerun.)

i dont know who won on the election, weather stuff, and news here. im like wow i didnt know that and that news was ages ago. so maybe i try to lower my time on the internet maybe... that really is a sacrifice for me. i am used to be on the internet cafe that at home. i even got my own reserved cp and chair in the computer shop and if someone else is using it, the owner will reassign him to another cp! now if only the internet shop got a bed.....


its really is tiring to stay at a computer shop you know. marathons at weekend where i go playing 12 hours straight with no breakfast lunch and dinner (its a wonder why im still on the bulky side though). sometimes i even get dizzy after a marathon playing when i go home.

can i really do that. to lessen my time on internet games? its worth a shot to try though.
